LinkGather - WordPress URL Exporter



This plugin shows you how to export the URL's for all your websites articles in Excel format.

You can download the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, or you can just go to the link below:

LinkGather Plugin

Now you have installed and activated the plugin, you are ready to start using it.

Walkthrough


A new menu item on the options side of your admin console will appear called LinkGather:

Hover over this tab option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different sections available for you:

When you click on the Home offering, this will take you to the plugins home page which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Click the Post Links title to take you to the page that will reveal all of your blog sites published posts’ URL's. Note that for the purposes of these instructions, we are using our blog test site with just a few links in it.

You should now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL table, you will see that LinkGather has also added up how many post URLs you have.

You then also have the ability to download the posts in CSV design.

Page Links


The above procedure is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of supplying back published URL, it will bring back get more info published pages instead:

JetPack ShortLinks


The option for JetPack ShortLinks is again exactly the same method as those above, but, JetPack URL's are actually built in short links created get more info by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URL.

If you do not have the website JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links tab will bring back all those wp.me Links that it has gathered:
